Cultura Profética is a Puerto Rican reggae band that debuted in 1996. They have toured in Puerto Rico and across Central America and the United States. Their lyrics rely mostly on socio-political and ecological issues. Cultura Profetica does not accept seals or strict musical classifications. Its musical base is found in the roots of reggae with sounds of salsa, bomba, ska, jazz, funk, brazilian and an indisputable fusion of the Afro-Caribbean vibe.
